Situated in a period building, we completely renovated this one-bedroom apartment ready for the local rental market in the heart of Surbiton. With modern features and underfloor heating throughout and made to measure fittings, we wanted to create a classic yet contemporary design to attract a wide variety of tenants.There were many design and building challenges including accessibility and the age of the building, but the client was thrilled with the outcome. We kept a neutral monochrome scheme at the client’s request, with designer wallpapers and sofas to complete the look.We kept this project on time and on budget, and expect this property to be filled and ready for a lucky resident very soon.
